Abstract
Operation in the Arctic of the two-man undersea work boat PICES I is described. During the period 14 August to 20 September 1968, PISCES I made a total of 15 dives throughout the Canadian Archhipelago with the icebreaker CCGS LABRADOR acting as a launcher and retriever. Four dives were made in areas covered in 10/10th ice.
