Abstract
In this paper we are studying the color inhomogeneities of the far side of the Moon, using measurements made from Automatic Interplanetary Station "Zond 3". The investigated region of the Moon subdivides, according to mean brightness, into three distinct fields. The maximal color contrasts between individual areas studied amount to 24 percent; the mean color-contrasts l0 percent.
