Abstract
In the spirit of continual improvement, the Analysis & Lessons Learned (A&LL) branch of the Canadian Forces Aerospace Warfare Centre (CFAWC) wishes to build a framework which will enable it to provide the Commanding Officer of CFAWC a set of performance measures for the branch. If the performance measures were broad enough in their scope, they would serve as a template for the other branches within CFAWC to measure their performance. To help with this goal, the A&LL branch approached the Operational Research and Analysis (OR&A) branch to solicit help in defining a set of such measures. The purpose of this document is to outline both the performance measures that were suggested along with what data would be needed to evaluate those measures.
