Abstract
A systematic process was undertaken to review, rate, and prioritize 12 neck trouble mitigation concepts that seek to improve Griffon aircrew health and safety through technological, physiological, and task-oriented means, and to provide guidance to the Scientific Authority to advise the Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) on which concepts to pursue. The combined ratings of the stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for the 12 neck trouble mitigation concepts were prioritized based on time horizon, cost and filtered on Medical Efficacy and Operational Feasibility. Recommendations for the Scientific Authority and a way forward are provided in this report.
