Abstract
This report discusses the development of a work distribution concept in order to mitigate neck pain for the Griffon Helicopter Operator. This concept considers the redistribution, rescheduling, and revision of tasks and postural sequences through the use of the Integrated Mission Function Task Analysis (MFTA) and Physical Demands Analysis (PDA) Process Model (IMPM). This was achieved through the following three tasks: a) Concept development, b) Postural sequence data collection, c) Analyse concept. The development of a new fatigue model is also discussed in this report and recommendations and a way forward are provided.
