Abstract
The paper acknowledges the fact that understaffing and manual office procedures are creating workload problems in the Initial Provisioning section (DP Sup S-4) of the Canadian Forces. It identifies commercial software packages which are available to develop a microcomputer-based management information and control system to help alleviate these problems. The software is then utilized in writing a model of a proposed system.
