Abstract
The original GRWAVE software has been translated into C#, a modern programming language, and has been given a graphical user interface GUI for ease of use. Several enhancements have been made to ensure the new software operates much more in line with the original FORTRAN version; specifically, the new software is capable of handling horizontal polarizations and non-zero transmitter heights. The outputs of this new software compare favourably to those of the original ITU version across a wider range of conditions.
