Abstract
The XDC-2 digital decompression computer and dive monitor is presently in use at DCIEM. An evaluation program for determining and defining the operational limiting bottom times for different depths and the safety of using the computer by following exactly the displayed safe ascent during decompression has been started. In the report, the results of Phase I of the evaluation program, covering the depth range 36 to 54 meters of seawater (MSW), are presented.
