Abstract
The report follows on from three earlier reports (PR 198, PR 215, and PR 223) by the same author. It partially satisfies direction from Assoc ADM(Mat) to write a requirements definition for a Management Support System for Major Crown Projects. It focuses on the part of the system that can be purchased as a software package, namely, cost and schedule control. Both a requirements definition and an evaluation plan are provided. To put these in context, a status report regarding each of the modules of the overall system is presented first.
