Abstract
The paper is concerned with the integration of modern technology into methods of legislation and into administration implementation. This requires that the creation of legislation be appropriate in form, content and in organization for the technical operational requirements of automation and which also uses to the full the flexibility of computer technology. ADP-appropriate formation of legislation thus represents integration of technology, rationalization of administration and reform of government.
