Abstract
The paper describes the methodology and structure used to redevelop the Long Range Planning Model as a micro-computer application program. The new model incorporates recent personnel policy changes, corrects some previous minor errors and produces additional data. The paper proposes a three step implementation plan to transfer the model to the user's micro-computer to allow greater and more efficient use of the model in personnel management and decision making.
