Abstract
This report provides a detailed description of an instrument which measures and computes the wet-bulb globe temperature index. This index is a weighted mean of the wet-bulb temperature, the dry-bulb temperature and the temperature at the centre of a black hollow globe. The instrument, which has been designed for general military use is easy to maintain and recalibrate.
