Abstract
The system developed under the Phase 2 contract can graphically display concentration ranges in a plume at specified locations, instants in time, and heights above ground. Predictions can be made in the event several sources of hazardous chemicals from different locations are released, each having their own release time, source strength and type of agent. The ease with which the program can be run, and the rapid availability of easy to understand results make the system a valuable tool in planning and operations.
